The Process
Plan
We're here to support all of life's messy transitions with trust, confidence and peace of mind.
We start the process with a consultation to define your immediate and long-term goals, review your space, and understand your current challenges. This will include a virtual or in-person walk through of your space. You'll then receive a proposal and we'll schedule a date and time for your big day! We'll arrive with everything we need, including any agreed-upon containers, systems, and solutions for execution.
Execute
The size of your organization team will depend on your project's size. Before we arrive on site, our team will create a plan of action for your space. When we arrive, we'll collaborate with you to get everything just right, prioritizing your time to collaborate on what you'll keep, discard, donate, and resell.
Maintain
When we're done, we'll remove and drop off any donation items and arrange services with any other providers if needed. Our goal is to leave your space as simple and easy to maintain as possible. However if you need weekly, monthly or quarterly maintenance of your space, we offer follow-up services to meet your needs.

FUNCTIONAL ORGANIZATION
Organizational services including space planning, decluttering and functional systems to help you maintain an organized space. Our focus throughout the project will be on your organizational challenges, priorities and goals.

MOVING
PREPARATION
Professional packing makes unpacking quick and easy. Everything will be labeled, organized and ready to unpack and enjoy in your new space.
You will receive:

Our collaboration in the decluttering process before the packing begins

Sorting and grouping items for packing

Packing and labeling boxes (for moving)

Taking any trash and donations
-
Scheduling removal services for larger/bulk items if needed

Move management where we facilitate the moving process, ensuring the movers place all boxes/furniture in their designated rooms

Shopping for organizing products we will need in your new space

Unpacking your items upon completion of the move (additional service)

New home set-up sessions will begin with a walkthrough of your new home to to better understand your homes layout as well as your day-to-day schedule. At this point we can focus on your project priorities and goals, helping you to feel settled in your new home more quickly. ​ Additionally you will receive the following: ​ Time spent planning custom solutions for your space based on your needs Shopping for recommended organizational products, staying within your desired budget Removal & drop off of donation items (one car-load per session) Arranging appointments with other service providers if needed (installations, junk removal, ect.) NEW SPACE SETUP
New space set-up sessions for home and small business will begin with a walkthrough of your new home or business to to better understand the layout as well as your day-to-day schedule.
You will receive:

Mollie was extremely helpful in unpacking my house after the move. She pushed me to sort out those unnecessary items, organized my pantry, kitchen and garage. Further she provided valuable contacts to remove boxes as well as ongoing resources when moving to a new community
